About Us:
Mustang Speech and Debate Club is a parent volunteer-run club at Miller Middle School. The club has a certified Public Forum debate coach who is hired by the club. He is currrently Lynbrook Public Coach also. So, MSD club is also supported by Lynbrook Students who assist the coach and students to prepare for tournaments. Miller students are selected to the club via a selection process run by the coaches. The club meets on a bi-weekly basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays and participates in debate tournaments hosted at other middle and high schools throughout the Bay Area. The club is run via voluntary donations from the members and is affiliated with the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Miller Speech and Debate Boosters.
